3D-Printing
Prototype and small serial parts are manufactured thanks to additive technologies (industrial 3D printing). Functionnal parts are obtained without investing in an expensive production tooling. Either common materials as Polyamide (PA) or technical materials as PAQc® high performance composite offer a large freedom of design and functional applications.
Vaccum casting and stratification (GF Glass Fiber, CF Carbon Fiber) complete these technologies to offer full range of services and features for your final product :
- Design or assembly validation before Top Design ;

Parts measuring
Quality, accuracy and specification compliance are the main objectives of our projects validation process. Fully-equipped with manual and automated mesauring machines, our metrological experts guarantee your dimensionnal tolerance, with measuring report to support it. You are also welcome to our Customer Metrology Room to proceed with your parts validation, and gages repeatabilities (R&R).
